The hotel's location was quiet and close to many amenities. the breakfast was substantial and catered for different tastes. the room was spacious, and the furniture and linen were immaculate.
The hotel was far from the city center, so we had to walk for more than half an hour to get there. the location was not favorable during winter as the ice and the snow made it difficult to walk.

It is a good-quality hotel - clean, with new furniture, quiet. I felt pretty comfortable in there. Stuff was helpful. Location is alright as well - 5 mins walk to the Baltic Railway station and subway, 15 mins to the heart of SbB. Recommended.
annoyingly low wi-fi signal in the room, poor TV signal.

Free secure parking available
It is the first hotel in Russia (I travel there often) I have been charged additionally for registration with immigration authorities, no info about these charges was available at the time of booking neither on Booked.net nor on the hotel page. TV did not work for several days in the hotel for several days and noone tried to fix it as it was a week-end. At breakfast there was bread with mould.

Great Value, Convenient Location
Spent a lovely Easter break exploring beautiful surroundings and had a comfortable stay. Room was very spacious and affordable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, as it was only a short distance from transportation links to all the major attractions. Breakfast was great and sufficient to set us up for the day ahead.

Small hotel (can be called private), clean, helpful staff, secure - many doors and locks :) , location close to Baltic railway and coach station. Breakfast not great, but there is something for everybody. Overall good price/quality ratio.
Poor quality of TV signal and also too few international channels. No bar or lounge in the hotel. Jacuzzi drainage needs to be fixed. Hotel sign could be more visible for easier finding.

Reasonable price, clean room and location.
Should have information or staff who can provide information about public transportation. Also should have at least one English channel TV.

Relatively close to the center (30 minutes walking), located in quiet inner courtyard, two security doors before the hotel. Clean and nice inside, relatively nice staff (Russian style), good breakfast with quit large choice of food and drinks, good coffee. Room was large and comfortable. Free wi-fi internet. Registration for foreigners (russian migration law) is done in 1 hour for 120 rubles, they do not take your passport if you give them copies of passport photo page, visa page and migration card (part B).
Only one trash bin in the room - in the toilet. TV had a very poor signal. 15 minutes walk from the Baltijskaya station - better check location by map before going there. Ask you to pay on check-in.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast and secure complex. Also just a 7minute saunter to the nearest tube station. The area is a pleasure to stay in as its a way from the masses of nevsky but close enough if you want.
Hotel facilities did not reflect what was listed on website (no baths) but they helped out accordingly (discount)

Reception staff speaks english, which is rear in Russia, and is very friendly. Big and clean room (with the exception of some smashed musquito spots).
Just some small comments; 10-15 minutes walk to Metro was ok, although the neighbourhood wasn't very attractive. Breakfast was good, but but during the weekend there was not enough room so you we had to wait some time.

The hotel staff was client oriented. The room was big and clean. The rate is very reasonable.
It was not easy to find this hotel. The breakfast room was too small and the choice of food not sufficient. It was not very pleasant that we were asked to pay for the room at the time of checking-in.
